Price Action Breakdown is the most popular book by Laurentiu Damir, a trader who mainly focuses on Price Action without using any indicator and any standard candlestick pattern. His approach to the market is very logical and his explanation about “value areas” is great to understand how and why the market moves, in terms of supply and demand.

Should you expect a complete strategy that you can apply to be a profitable trader? I would say no. The concepts expressed are gold but it’s not always clear how to apply them to build a complete trading strategy. In addition, many examples focus only on the direction of the market, missing entry and exit points that are a fundamental part of trading.

The price for the book seems to navigate around $30 at the moment, increasing every year. Although I liked the book, I think it is a bit expensive for a book of 136 pages, written with big characters and including many charts that take a whole page.
